The zorzaleña is a variety native to Cádiz, now almost extinct. Su perfil es frutado medio, con notas de hoja de olivo y hierba recién cortada.
Its profile is moderately fruity, with notes of olive leaf and freshly cut grass.
This is the oil we use at home.
It corresponds to a single harvest. When it is finished, there will be no more until the next season.
