Every itinerary is bespoke.
Some guests devote their stay to wine and gastronomy, others to horses, architecture, hiking, the Atlantic coast or simply the slower rhythms of life at the cortijo. Experiences can be mixed and matched across every estancia, allowing each visit to be shaped entirely around individual interests.

Accommodation
Guests stay at our eighteenth-century cortijo, just outside Arcos de la Frontera, choosing between the principal house and our private bungalow. Every estancia includes daily breakfast, lunches and dinners, carefully selected local wines, concierge service and a curated programme of experiences tailored to the season and the interests of each group.
